Information you provide

When you request a consultation, Nexus Access may collect your name, organization, work email, phone, project location, project needs, and message so we can respond to the request.

Campaign attribution

We store campaign parameters, click identifiers, landing page, and referrer information to understand which marketing activity generated an inquiry. Do not place personal information in campaign URLs.

Website analytics

With your permission, the site loads Apollo website analytics to help identify business interest and site engagement. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the inquiry form. Essential local storage preserves your campaign attribution and data choice.

Service providers and retention

Our hosting and form provider processes website submissions on our behalf. Approved inquiry and campaign data may be moved into our business CRM for follow-up and measurement. We retain information only as needed for the inquiry, business records, suppression preferences, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics in the site banner. To ask about your information or request that we stop marketing contact, email service@nexusgate.us.
